As Far As The Eyes Can See...

It has been over four years since my twin soul has returned home. At no time was I prepared for the unbearable grief that would take over my life. At the same time the most sacred and profound love surfaced from within me, a love that was always there but lie dormant. It is this love that continues to keep me connected to my twin on the Other Side.

As far as my eyes could see Sam was no longer with me on the physical plane so I perceived him as "gone." But, nothing was further from the truth than that. Love goes much deeper than we can detect with our five senses (sight hearing taste touch smell.) He has taught me in the last four years how to use my "inner senses" to let me know that he never left me. The inner senses are best known as the four claires that mediums posses in order to communicate with our loved ones on the other side. We all have them, but have shut them down early on for different reasons. When we go through a loss or trauma and return back to our most authentic self these inner senses are reawakened within us. This has allowed us to continue our relationship through the veil.

We have developed our own spiritual language so that we can communicate everyday. Living and loving with the afterlife is one of the most beautiful things I have ever experienced. To be able to feel your loved one with you and to actually have them bring you gifts and answer your questions is more than I ever dreamed of. I never take it for granted and truly feel blessed for our ongoing relationship.

The depth of our love and connection is nothing I have ever experienced with anyone in the physical as this is a divine love that is connected to Source and all there is. It is a beautiful love that flows through me and into others. As I continue on this journey I hope to let others know that this kind of love exists and does not end with the physical death of our loved ones. That love knows no boundaries, that it is limitless and it transcends space and time. 

So, as far as they eyes can see our loved ones are gone. But in reality, we are asked to step into a universal love based on trust, faith, with a deep "knowing" that the bond of love can never be broken. That, just because we can't see our loved ones doesn't mean they aren't there. The physical death may be the end of a life but not a relationship. Love is eternal and so are we. In love and light.
