![]() To me this photo is a beautiful depiction of our loved ones as they enter into the Heavenly Realm. Heaven to me is a return to our natural form in a higher state of consciousness instead of a faraway place in the sky. The light shining down is the love of God/Source/Creator or whatever you choose to call it. The peace that encompasses all understanding is what I imagine we step into, hence; the dove. The lightness and willingness to step into this consciousness appears to be glorious, a very proud and anticipated return back home after our work on earth is done. It is my humble opinion we ALL return to our natural form which is Spirit first and foremost. We are not these heavy dense bodies; we are the Soul that inhabits them. These fleshly vessels are what we use to get around and navigate this realm. Having said that, we were never in love with our loved one's bones, veins, limbs…no!! We were/are in love with the INSIDE of them. Their Soul, their very essence and that is still with us. We may not be able to SEE them, but we can’t see the wind either but know it is there. So, we are asked now, to step into a Universal truth based on love and faith. Remembering that love never dies and neither do we. That death is simply a mere transition back to who we really are, and nothing can ever break those bonds of love. As we continue to move forward on our path let’s step into the truth that our loved ones are only a breath away and continually guiding us with the greatest of love. I was awakened to this truth almost ten years ago when my Twin Soul left this earthly plane and returned home. He has shown me through his love and our ongoing connection that love is eternal and so are we. I posted this on my book page to assist those in their unbearable pain and suffering after the loss of a loved one. To give them another perspective at this most auspicious time when many are choosing to leave this planet. This blog is at the heels of the passing of the beautiful LIsa Marie Presley who knew grief all too well. I like to think that is her in the image entering the gates of Heaven for a reunification with her father and beloved son. Her song titled "Where Noone Stands Alone" can be a harsh reminder of how isolated we can feel because of our grief and many circumstances on this earthly plane. May she be surrounded for eternity by those who love her and never feel alone again. May this blog comfort and serve those who need to hear it at this time. If you would like to visit my Facebook page, click here. It is our hope to continue to shed light on the unbreakable bond of love and the continuity of the soul. Blessings! Written January 20th 2023 @7:46PM Note: A brief excerpt taken from Lisa Marie's essay written for "National Grief Awareness Day" about her son Benjamin. It was published in People Magazine on Aug. 30, 2022. This is Lisa's last Instagram post. "Nothing, absolutely NOTHING takes away the pain, but finding support can sometimes help you feel a little bit less alone." Lisa encourages everyone to reach out to those in grief long after their loved one has passed. She writes this to bring awareness and change to those that continue to struggle with grief. We can take each other's hand and feel less alone when it comes to the loss of a loved one. May you RIP pretty girl. For help or info on what to say visit Grief.com.
